At WITR Perfume Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and secure it within the shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
